THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for:
  • Facilitating patient outcomes and therapy adoption by establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers within designated accounts.
  • Delivering initial product training, assessment, certification and ongoing education to customers.
  • Clinical support during procedures and patient followup in ICU/CCU to ensure best practice and optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
  • Building momentum through advocacy - developing awareness and acceptance of the therapy with key opinion leaders.
  • Planning and implementation of marketing programs (trade shows, symposiums, dinner meetings, user groups).
  • Maintaining a superior level of product knowledge and being able to articulately discuss clinical evidence and literature with customers.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues interstate and local channel partners. 
  • Regular travel is required in this role.
YOU:
We are seeking a high calibre candidate with the following:
  • Relevant qualifications e.g. nursing, perfusion
  • Direct clinical experience in ICU, cardiac surgery, perfusion, ECMO, cath lab  (approx 5 yrs)
  • At least two years medical device industry experience in sales or clinical support role
  • Proven track record managing key accounts and building customer relationships
  • High level communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a small national team
  • Ability to undertake the travel
