An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales & Customer Service professional to join their head office team in Brisbane.  In this role your key objective will be to ensure an efficient and positive experience for their valued customers. You will be the first point of call for both external and internal customers, managing product enquiries and processing orders through to delivery. This role will also see you taking on general sales team support, updating and distributing sales materials.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
  • Previous experience in an internal sales and customer service role (medical experience is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate the ability to absorb, comprehend and present technical information)
  • A mature, customer service mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and organisation skills, as well as business acumen
  • Ability to develop long lasting relationships with healthcare professionals at varying levels of seniority
  • Solutions focused approach to problem solving
  • Experience in Creative Cloud Suite - Adobe InDesign software is desirable
